Skills Inventory helps leaders to get a complete view of the skills available in the organization. It is a one-window view of all the current skills available. The  comprehensive  skills data made available though the IYS Skills Ontology helps present an accurate view to the leadership team. 

It shows:

1. Skills of the employees in the company
2. Number of employees with each of these skills
3. The average proficiency in the skills
4. Number of employees in the different proficiency level for the skills
