However, in any case of extremities of hardware / software configuration failures; attacks on system integration from foreign bodies/individuals; data theft by any individual / entity within the customer base or outside – We will only be accountable to bring the system back up to normalcy and that it shall not be held liable for any loss or damage in lieu of legal or financial or personal or organizational intent due to such failure.
